The Space

A three-story bungalow in Mumbai, owned by the renowned doctor Abhijit and his wife Meghana, designed to accommodate their lifestyle and frequent visitors, with a focus on astrology, Vastu principles, and luxury.

The Ask

The couple sought to remodel their bungalow to reflect their spiritual beliefs and luxurious taste. As active members of ISKCON, they required a large temple for worship and a spacious outdoor area for morning gatherings. Additionally, they wanted a dedicated study space for their children and a terrace for relaxation.

The Result

We meticulously designed the bungalow to meet all of Abhijit and Meghana’s requirements, blending luxury with Vastu and astrology principles.

Key Features:

Large Temple: A grand temple was created to serve as the spiritual heart of the home, accommodating numerous visitors for worship and reflection. The temple was designed following Vastu principles to ensure positive energy flow.
Outdoor Spaces: The outdoor area was transformed into a serene space perfect for morning gatherings and relaxation, featuring lush landscaping and comfortable seating arrangements. The terrace was designed as an oasis for the family to unwind.
Luxury Interiors: The interiors were designed with a luxurious touch, incorporating high-quality materials and finishes to create an elegant and comfortable living environment. Each room was carefully planned to reflect a sense of grandeur while maintaining functionality.
Children’s Study Area: A dedicated study space for the children was designed to be both functional and inspiring, providing an ideal environment for learning and growth. The study area was also aligned with Vastu principles to enhance concentration and success.
Attention to Detail: Every detail was thoughtfully considered to ensure the design met the couple’s high standards. From the placement of furniture to the choice of colors and materials, each element was selected to create a harmonious and luxurious atmosphere.

The final design of the bungalow harmoniously blends luxury with spiritual and Vastu principles, creating a beautiful, functional, and welcoming home for Abhijit, Meghana, their family, and their many visitors.
