Cancellation Policy – Isha Sinhal Astro Vastu Designs

We offer a 24-hour cancellation window post-payment, provided the work has not begun.

Eligible Cancellations

Client must email us at vastu@ishasinhal.com within 24 hours of payment, clearly stating the reason for cancellation.

Cancellation requests will only be honored if the consultation process (report preparation, layout study, or appointment scheduling) has not started.

Post-Start Conditions

Once work begins, no cancellations are permitted.

Interior design or turnkey projects are subject to separate agreement-based cancellation clauses.

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule consultation slots with at least 24-hour notice.

Reschedules are subject to availability and team discretion.
